Mzansi Package


Our Mzansi offering provides you with an affordable placement package. Ideal for a household looking for a Lesotho National or any Nationality between 25–40 years old, who has less than 2 years experience, no training or certificates, with 1 or no references.

Placement Fee (once-off ): R750.00
Salary Scale: R2000.00–R3000.00
No Monthly Subscription

Employer Benefits & Services included:
  1. Service Agreement duration of 3 months, applicable for placement of Domestic Helper, Nanny, Au-Pair, Caregiver, Tea Lady or Office Cleaner of any nationality.
  2. Valid identity and working documents.
  3. Properly screened by our professional HR Officials.
  4. At least 1 references from previous employers.
  5. 1-2 years experience.
  6. This package does not qualify for a replacement helper under any circumstances.
  7. This package does not allow for a refund of any kind if the employee decides to leave at any stage for any reason whatsoever.
  8. Interview Fee at employer selected premises without a MAID4U Rep subsidised transport for applicants, with a MAID4U Rep R285.00 Interview Fee plus subsidy to applicants, Interview Fee at MAID4U Offices R550.00.
  9. On this contract employer pays employee directly.
  10. Helper resumes duty only after the Full Placement Fee has been received by the Agency.

Silver Package


Our Silver offering provides you with a domestic helper with 2–4 years experience and more from any nationality according to your requirements and specifications, with valid documents. Ideal for a household looking for a helper with 3–5 years working experience, with 2–4 valid references. Most applicants in this section possesses good child minding skills and have experience in cleaning, laundry, cooking and baking.

Placement Fee (once-off): R1500.00
Salary Scale: R3000.00–R4500.00
Monthly Subscription: R85.00

Employer Benefits & Services included:
  1. Service Agreement duration of 6 months, applicable for placement of Domestic Helper, Nanny, Au-Pair, Caregiver, Tea Lady or Office Cleaner of any nationality.
  2. Valid identity and working documents.
  3. Properly screened by our professional HR Officials.
  4. At least 2 or more references from previous employers.
  5. 2-4 years experience.
  6. On this package you qualify for 1 replacement and 2 stand-by replacements during the contract period.
  7. This package does not allow for a refund of any kind if the employee decides to leave at any stage for any reason whatsoever.
  8. Interview Fee at employer selected premises without a MAID4U Rep subsidised transport for applicants, with a MAID4U Rep R285.00 Interview Fee plus subsidy to applicants, Interview Fee at MAID4U Offices R550.00.
  9. Employers may select to pay employee directly however the subscription fee is payable monthly to the Agency.
  10. Proof of salary payment made directly to employee and the subscription fee needs to be emailed to accounts@maid4u.co.za.
  11. The Agency will compile a monthly payslip for the helper but not register her for UIF until such time the employer advices the agency to do so.
  12. Helper resumes duty only after the Full Placement Fee Has been received by the Agency.

Gold Package


Our Gold offering provides you with an employee with 4 years experience and more, from any nationality as per your requirements and specifications, with valid documents. Candidates are properly screened by our professional HR Officials. This is ideal for a household looking for an experienced and well groomed employee, a household that has no time to train or induct an employee but appreciates an employee who can come in and do the work without being supervised or micromanaged. Applicants in this section are in possession of ECD Certificates, Cleaning and Hygiene Certificates, Housekeeping or other related Certificates.

Placement Fee (once-off): R2 000.00
Salary Scale: R3 000.00–R4 500.00
Monthly Subscription: R185.00

Employer Benefits & Services included:
  1. Service Agreement duration of 12 months, applicable for placement of Domestic Helper, Nanny, Au-Pair, Caregiver, Tea Lady or Office Cleaner of any nationality with over
  2. 5 years experience with valid identity and working documents.
  3. Properly screened by our professional HR Officials.
  4. At least 5 or more references from previous employers.
  5. 5 or more years experience.
  6. On this package you qualify for 3 replacement and 3 stand-by replacements during the contract period.
  7. This package does not allow for a refund of any kind if the employee decides to leave at any stage for any reason whatsoever.
  8. Interview Fee at employer selected premises without a MAID4U Rep subsidised transport for applicants, with a MAID4U Rep R285.00 Interview Fee plus subsidy to applicants, Interview Fee at MAID4U Offices R550.00.
  9. Assigned employee receives a uniform, a complete BCEA Compliant Employment Contract, Work Schedule (as discussed with employer), a thorough background check done and copies of the check send to employer.
  10. Agency conducts reference checks and share these with employer.
  11. Agency replaces three times should employer request a replacement.
  12. Agency sends 3 stand-by helpers in case the assigned helper is off sick or off due to family issues.
  13. Employees within this segment receive free training after every 3 months of employment.
  14. Agency registers the employee for UIF, administers the salary, compile monthly payslips and send to employer.
  15. Agency reconciles leave days and conduct disciplinary hearings should need be.
  16. Assigned employees render the required services to the employer/household and the employer/household pays the Agency the required fee, the Agency then pays the assigned helper and sends proof and payslip to both employer and employee.
  17. The Agency is fully liable for any CCMA issue or claims (limited to abuse or assault by employer or proven theft by employee).
  18. The contract is valid for 24 months.

Prestige Package


Our Prestige offering provides you with an employee with over 5 years experience or more, who has a valid driver’s licence, is computer literate, is fluent in more than two languages (including English), possesses training certificates and has been properly screened by our professional HR Officials. This is ideal for a household looking for an experienced and well groomed employee, who can perfom all household required duties, can operate any electronic device, can drive, can assist kids with homework and can assist with guest entertainment. This is for a household who has no time to train or induct an employee but appreciates an employee who can come in and do the work without being supervised or micromanaged. Applicants in this section are in possession of ECD Certificates, Cleaning and Hygiene Certificates, Housekeeping or other related Certificates.

Placement Fee (once-off): R6 500.00
Salary Scale: R5 000.00–R24 500.00 Max
Monthly Subscription: R415.00

Employer Benefits & Services included:
  1. Service Agreement duration of 36 months, applicable for placement of Domestic Helper, Nanny, Au-Pair, Caregiver, Tea Lady or Office Cleaner of any nationality with over 5 years experience with valid identity and working documents.
  2. Properly screened by our professional HR Officials.
  3. At least 5 or more references from previous employers.
  4. 5 or more years experience.
  5. On this Package you qualify for 6 replacements and 6 stand-by replacements during the contract period.
  6. This package does not allow for a refund of any kind if the employee decides to leave at any stage for any reason whatsoever.
  7. Interview Fee at employer selected premises without a MAID4U Rep subsidised transport for applicants, with a MAID4U Rep R285.00 Interview Fee plus subsidy to applicants, Interview Fee at MAID4U Offices R550.00.
  8. Assigned employee receives a uniform, a complete BCEA Compliant Employment Contract, Work Schedule (as discussed with employer), a thorough background check done and copies of the check is send to employer.

  16. The Agency is also fully liable for any CCMA issue or claims (limited to abuse or assault by employer or proven theft by employee).
  17. The contract is valid for 36 months.

Important notice


Although we will try our absolute best to find a matching nanny or domestic worker for you, we cannot guarantee that they will be successful in fitting in with your family. If, within 30 days, you feel unsatisfied with your choice of nanny or domestic worker, we will arrange another interview for you free of charge, but will not refund the placement fee since we offer a service and not a product.
